DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY
1) You can make a bank transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to our Garanti Bank account: TR33 0006 2000 0180 0006 2944 64 (TL).
2) On our site, you can take advantage of our credit cards, online single payment for all kinds of credit cards or installments at the rate offered by your bank. In your online payments, the amount will be withdrawn from your credit card at the end of your order. In case of order cancellations due to possible order cancellation or stock problems, the refund will be made to your credit card within 10 business days.
3) Return of Order Fee
In case of cancellation of your orders for possible reasons; Alper Karazeybek Turiku Consultancy and Publishing Services returns the product price to your account and / or credit card within 10 working days. However, you must inform our company's officials accurately and completely your bank account information and / or credit card information.
We try to deliver the products you ordered to the cargo on the same day. For products that take time to procure, the cargo delivery time is 3-5 working days as specified in the product details. You will be informed in case of a possible delay in delivery.
In order to ensure the delivery of the product without delay, please inform the address of your current location as the delivery address during the day.
Your requests will be processed to be prepared according to the delivery type you have determined at the end of the order. Products from our Istanbul-based company will be sent by one of PTT KARGO or MNG cargo companies according to your preference. After your orders are approved, they will be delivered to the Cargo company at the end of 5 (two) working days at the latest.

5) Payment Tracking
If the system in question cannot perform the transaction due to any problem, our visitor is informed of this situation at the end of the payment page.

Open and check the packages that you think are damaged during shipment in front of the company representative you received. If you think there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report to the cargo company.
After the delivery of the product, it is accepted that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty completely.
